Varietyrussian Mold Help is a referral service. Homeowners in Dayton and the Dayton area come to this site looking for mold help. We pass those requests to independent providers in our network.

This page is not about a job. You would not be our employee. You keep running your own business, set your own prices and choose the work you take.

Who We Are Looking For

We want to hear from independent contractors and small companies that handle:

• Mold inspection and testing
• Mold remediation and cleanup
• Black mold removal
• Moisture work that goes with mold, such as drying basements and fixing damp crawl spaces

Local knowledge helps. Homes in this region deal with cold winters, humid summers, storms and spring flooding. Providers who understand sump pumps, older frame houses and damp basements are a good fit.

What We Expect

Homeowners are trusting you with their houses. So we ask every provider to:

• Hold the licenses and insurance your local rules require
• Be honest about what you find, even when the news is small
• Explain the plan in plain words
• Give a written quote before starting
• Answer referrals politely and on a timely basis
• Never promise what insurance will pay

Providers that cannot meet these basics may be removed from the network.
